VCTSY Quality Management(2011-2012)

1. In December, 2011, an expert panel consisting of 16 people from CNOOC arrived at VCTSY to participate in the “Training on Gas Lift and Subsurface Tools”. During the training process, both parties carried out an in-depth exchange and discussion on experiences and technical problems that had been encountered during offshore completion and oil production engineering.
2. In September, 2012, an expert panel from CNOOC visited VCTSY, the technicians of the Company introduced the product series and quality management system of the Company, and the current situation of the Company has received unanimous recognition from the expert panel.
3. In November, 2012, VCTSY implemented on-site audit of API 14A and API 11D1, American auditors had carried out four-day auditing on current management process and quality control system of the Company according to API specification. API auditors considered that the production activities of the Company satisfy all requirements of API Q1 system, API 14A and API 11D1, and the on-site audit was successfully completed on November 20.
4. On November 30, 2012, VCTSY finished review on the products to be delivered to UAE (United Arab Emirates) customers. The review group unanimously considered that this batch of products had satisfied requirements of API and customers.
5. On December 10, 2012, VCTSY implemented annual quality internal audit and carried out planning on the upgrading content of 2013 version of API Q1 System.
